Jury decision:

Despite the relatively large number of submitted works, in terms of quality, six projects stood out by providing creative responses to the relatively complex conditions of the site and the competition program. Through multiple sessions and a high level of consensus following a detailed analysis of the submitted spatial solutions, functionality, aesthetic, and economic criteria, a final ranking list was established, awarding the first, second, and third prizes, as well as two purchases. By valuing the completeness, quality, rationality, and thoughtfulness of the proposed solutions, the jury, while analyzing the functionality of the building as a very important aspect in the design of public city garages, decided to reward the works that provided a high-quality response, making abundant use of the site’s specific characteristics and inputs.
