Na osnovu člana 13 Zakona o procjeni uticaja na životnu sredinu ( “Sl.list CG “,broj 75/18 ) Sekretarijat za zaštitu životne sredine Opštine Kolašin obavještava zainteresovanu javnost da je nosilac projekta, Ski resort Kolašin 1600 Kolašin Mojkovačka bb, 81210 Kolašin, podnio zahtjev za izjašnjene o potrebi izrade elaborata o procjeni uticaja na životnu sredinu za projekat up za projekat “Apartmanski objekat Q” na urbanističkoj parceli UP 3 i “Condo hotel S” na urbanističkoj parceli UP 5.

U vezi sa navedenim pozivamo zainteresovanu javnost da izvrši uvid u dostavljenu dokumentaciju u prostorijama Sekretarijata za zaštitu životne sredine, zgrada Centra za kulturu, kancelarija Sekretarijata, radnim danima od 11 do 13 časova.

Rok za javni uvid i dostavljanje primjedbi i mišljenja u pisanoj formi, na adresu Opština Kolašin, Buda Tomovića bb, kao i na e-mail: kolasin.urbanizam@gmail.com je shodno članu 13 stav 3 Zakona o procjeni uticaja na životnu sredinu, pet radnih dana od dana prijema odnosno objavljivanja obavještenja.
